How dashing he is and how lovely she is! Again as I wander through your pictures, you have set the expressions amazingly perfect for each print. You know what you want them to be saying to each other and us viewers know exactly what that is.
In this one imparticular I see him being a tad of a player with that stern joyful look of * I don't want to be settled but for you I will*. The stance that you have given him matches his look. Hers to me a look of * finally after so long of breaking my heart you are now mine* Her hand on his lapel with a gentle grasp plays into her look really well! A few other looks going on that I can see,but the strongest is the one above I notice more. The gown like Girly mentioned is just that AWESOME and then some ! The Bow at the bottom and the wisps of lace on her dress is just the right amount and stunning! Like Depplosion mentioned about his suit... very similar to Ichabod's and I think you did it fabulously! The lights and the clock in the background suit this scene and overall is a beautiful picture! Amazing talent you have!
This is such a beautiful picture! Wonderful work for you as usual! As others have said, they do resemble Usagi/Serena and Mamoru/Darien from Sailor Moon. For some odd reason, the girl also reminds me of how I imagine Emily from Corpse Bride to look like when she was alive and the young man looks a bit like Victor.
We were just speaking of that subject in my Topics in U.S. History class; predominately how 'White' men in the Southern U.S. put their 'White' spouses on a pedestal with all that lovely repressed Victorian Age attutudes towards sex. I think I prefer the actual Victorian Age in England myself Historically speaking just for the Age itself, new a burgeoning senses of self, fashion, discovery, etc. You've definitely captured the better more romantic aspect of it though which I really one of your fortés.
