I love her but I wonder if she was meant to be Spanish.

I think she is one of Disney's most amazing characters but she really doesn't get enough credit. Probably because she isn't a princess :( I love her, she's so brave and strong and kind.

I finally got to watch the movie recently and i totally agree! She is just an all around wonderful character! Did u know that in the books she was the main protagonist?

I read The Hunchback of Notre Dame when I was about 10 years old. I don't remember all of it but I remember being really disappointed at the sad ending because I had already seen the Disney version and I was expecting it to be happy. But I actually think the book's version is way better.

I didn't read the book but i read about the story on wikipedia ^^;. I know that that can no way compare to the book, tho. I learned about another one of Victor Hugo's works this way. Ever heard of Les Miserables? Just reading the story on Wiki made me cry tears of joy :aww:. I saw the 2012 movie (AWESOME) and am currently reading the [insanely LONG] book, which is even more touching :)
