This week's topic is =daekazu's idea: draw Astrid from "How To Train Your Dragon" movie.

I really like Astrid - she is very powerful and strong girl. And How to train your dragon is one of the best cartoons from 2010.

Ah yes, this movie... I'm not one for animation films, I haven't watched one since god knows when but a big film buff convinced me, don't know how the hell he did that, and... yea I liked it, alot, Which makes him even more smug. The light coming from the clouds, Toothless' huge eyes, Astrid's expression are all spot on.

Astrid's expression is very fitting for her character. It's also fitting that Hiccup and Toothless are in the background and keeping to themselves since Hiccup does have his shy moments.
