Definitely prefer Michael Keaton's Batman and though Michelle Pfeiffer's Catwoman is my favorite, Anne Hathaway's Catwoman is the most accurate depiction of her. She does not have cat powers, she is not a cat, she is a cat burglar who is intelligent, agile and hard to catch. I liked TDKR mainly for that reason, outside of that, I didn't care for that movie.

Funny thing is that you drew Christian Bale's chin wrong, but you technically drew Batman looking better in that respect. XD
*Dislikes Christopher Nolan's Batman a LOT. Time Burton's Batman was...simply how Batman SHOULD be.*

Nolan's Batman was much more of a Hero than Burton's was but whatever
Ziggy-FoxCat Featured By Owner Dec 21, 2014  Student Digital Artist
Hmm,  I was very tired making that comment. I shouldn't have been criticizing the chin. Heh.

Tim Burton's Batman was also more well written. It's annoying when you can't even take the main hero seriously. That and I really didn't like Christian Bale's batsuit.

But to each their own! ^u^
spencermalley Featured By Owner Dec 22, 2014
No offense, but he was barely written at all, He wasn't even the main focus of his movies.

You're talking about Michael Keaton right? That's okay, it created more of a mysterious air to Batman. That's who he is.

Again, the Christopher Nolan series really just ruined it for me. Being a big Batman fan, it really didn't feel like Batman. But that's because there's a certain style to Batman I know and love. Not saying the Dark Knight series is bad, but I just REALLY dislike it.

Honestly, I'm excited for Arkham Knight.

The fact that Burton's Batman killed people kind of disillusions me from ever seeing him as a heroic character.

Batman killed people before in the comic....

So? It was nicely handled, and to each their own interpretation. The Warner Brothers Batman tends to be the most memorable interpretation for me though. ^u^

Would you say Nolan improved over Schumacher's garbage?

And what do you think of Adrienne Barbeau?

The more I think about it, the more I realise I liked Batman Returns more than I like The Dark Knight Rises. Fantastic artwork. In fact, all your art is spectacular.

U forgot Michael Keaton vs Christian Bale or maybe that was on purpose!

I feel like Catwoman's manifestation was artificial despite how clever the "ears" were but that's exactly why!

Michelle Pfeiffer :D I admit I didn't like Anne Hathaway as Catwoman that much ._.;

Awesome pic owo

I prefered Anne Hathway, but I seems that Michelle Pfeiffer was more alike with a catwoman. Anne was okay, but in no moment in the move she said to be a catwoman, she was mostly a thief.

GREAT work ! I LOVE IT ! You really captured the Gotham MOOD !
But i must say:
O goodness ! THANK YOU PEOPLE ! I thought I was alone in believing Michelle Pfeiffer was THE ONLY CATWOMAN ! I couldn't understand WHY they cast Anne Hathaway! I like her well in other stuff just NOT as MY heroine CATWOMAN ! :(

Would I get crucified if I said I preferred Halle Berry's Catwomen??? I kid, i kid

But I grew up watching Michelle Pfeiffer as Catwomen and she will always be THE Catwomen. Even though I think "The Dark Knight (Joker)" is the best Batman movie ever made, I couldn't/still can't get behind the Nolan's version of Catwoman played by Anne.
Ehrickah Featured By Owner Jun 7, 2013
The art work is stunning! You have immense talent.

Now for the ongoing debate on this feed:

Michelle was a far better catwoman than Miss Hathaway. I am a Hathaway fan but she had no business being catwoman. She did what she could but the job could have been done better. For those of you who don't appreciate The Dark Knight, then that is your loss. TDK was a legandary addition to the Batman genre. The Joker was just amazing and scary. Of course the originals are better than any duplicates but I will give you my fav batman order--Batman Returns, The Dark Knight, Batman, The Dark Knight Rises. GOOOOD DAY KIND PPL

You know what I mean?
She just had a really strange and possibly sadistic feeling that mad her seem slightly, oh, I don't know, mysterious. Definitely a great Catwoman as well as being quite attractive. :D

Batman Begins is dark and has that Batman feel and also has Bruce Wayne's story, to be fair i didnt like that much The Dark Knight (please people, dont start to get your rages on me just because i didnt like that much), i like Nolan's style but when he tries to be more realistic with Batman's dark atmosphere kinda like ruins it making it less Batman, i cant deny that Ledger's Joker was awesome and the action scenes were pretty darn good. The worst thing of the film was Bale's voice as Batman... i mean, his voice was still one of the Batman Begins flaws but in The Dark Knight the voice was too exagerated (at least in Dark Knight Rises it wasnt too exagerated). Its still its a good movie and i know that Nolan did a lot of work in doing the film.....but i just didnt like how he did. To be fair, even if fans were expecting the film to be perfect, i prefer The Dark Knight Rises more than TDK, and for not making this comment any longer, i'll just say that Bane was awesometacular, this Batman is more likable than in TDK and it was epic.

Both sagas are awesome and to be fair im freakin sick of see people discusing which one is better and hear Nolan bootlicker fanboys say their pathetic excuses to make themeselves the superior ones just because they are liking something that is very very good but they believe its perfect. If they make another Batman film...make it look like Batman Arkham City.

Well may friend I believe their was comic where Robin commented on Bruce's voice saying that it sound gravelly, Bale's voice was definitely fitting I believe I think he's the best Live adaption Batman there has been...

Its ok if you don't like it, its your opinion and it is a free world
